Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all lash, brow, and beauty products are final sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Opened or used products
• Change of mind
• Incorrect selection
• Sale or discounted items
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you believe your item is faulty or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photo/video evidence
• A brief description of the issue

Once assessed, we will offer a replacement or store credit where applicable. Refunds are only issued if a replacement is unavailable.

Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered for confirmed faulty items where a replacement cannot be provided.
My parcel hasn’t arrived — what should I do?
Once dispatched, parcels are handled by the courier. Please use your tracking link first, then contact us if further assistance is needed.
